How do we get set up for festive office olympics?

How does the festive office olympics work on the day?
Teams will be briefed by one of our On-Screen Hosts then break off into smaller groups to ensure maximum engagement during your Indoor Activity. Our expert Remote Host will be on standby throughout the activity to support teams, encourage communication and provide a fun wrap-up at the end of the In-Person Activity.

Does Festive Office Olympics provide social interaction?
Yes! All of our In-person activities have been created with social interaction as a priority. Each challenge will encourage teams to spark conversation, work together, have lots of fun, and get social. Using a few tried and tested ice-breakers we split the groups into smaller teams, we encourage participants to get social and collaborate in manageable sized groups. We’ve developed our technology to encourage teams to pick a ‘Captain’ or ‘Player’ role prompting them to communicate and agree on a team strategy. Once the game has been loaded, each challenge and task has been designed thoughtfully to encourage each individual to play a role and take part.
Can we play in any office space?
Absolutely! All you need for the festive office olympics is enough room to move around safely and have fun.
Do we need any equipment?
For all of our festive office olympics, you just need smartphones, a laptop or AV for the video brief and maybe a few props from your desks for bonus creativity points.
Can the host join remotely?
Yes, a remote host will brief, score, and wrap up your festive office olympics live via video call.
