To take part in our festive office olympics you’ll need a couple of things.

How do we get set up for a virtual holiday game?
For your virtual holiday game, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions ahead of the day. Simply download our Mobile Adventures app to your device. Then scan the QR code we provide you with. It’s that easy!
How does a virtual holiday game work on the day?
Teams will be briefed by one of our On-Screen Hosts then break off into smaller groups to ensure maximum engagement during your virtual holiday game. Our expert Remote Host will be on standby throughout the activity to support teams, encourage communication and provide a fun wrap-up at the end of the virtual activity.
How long does your virtual holiday games last?
Our virtual holiday games last 75-90 minutes. However, our times are flexible so we can adapt to your needs.
What is the maximum team size for your virtual holiday games?
We recommend 4-6 people per team for any of our virtual holiday games.

Do virtual holiday games provide social interaction?
Yes! All of our virtual holiday games have been created with social interaction as a priority. Each challenge will encourage teams to spark conversation, work together, have lots of fun, and get social. Using a few tried and tested ice-breakers we split the groups into smaller teams, we encourage participants to get social and collaborate in manageable sized groups. We’ve developed our technology to encourage teams to pick a ‘Captain’ or ‘Player’ role prompting them to communicate and agree on a team strategy. Once the game has been loaded, each challenge and task has been designed thoughtfully to encourage each individual to play a role and take part.
